| 患者详情: | A 43-year-old woman visited the outpatient clinic complaining of a firm painless nodule in her right anterior neck, she denied any history of tumors. The thyroid ultrasonography showed an irregular nodule measuring 40×23×23 mm and lymphadenopathy in the right cervix. Hyperthyroidism was demonstrated by serum examination, with a suppressed thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) of <0.014 µIU/ml (reference range, 0.27-4.2 µIU/ml), an elevated free T3 of 8.93 pmol/l (reference range, 1.8-4.6pmol/l) and free T4 of 56.69 pmol/l (reference range, 12-22pmol/l). |
